Sparq is an ISP management platform that provides tools for managing subscribers, billing, Mikrotik servers, and payments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned bySparq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
